Premera has publicly announced that implementation of its MPPR policy is PAUSED as of Nov. 2, 2026.

Health care providers and stakeholders are invited to meet, share concerns, and ask questions about MPPR policy in Alaska. The Division of Insurance will host and moderate these sessions and will work with Premera on future town halls as needed.
