We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Ketwell Alaska. Our clinic specializes in novel interventional treatments for mental health and chronic pain disorders, including ketamine infusion treatment, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, traditional psychiatric medication management and other emerging treatment modalities. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and patient centered care in a safe and comfortable environment. This is a unique opportunity to perform traditional mental health care as well as ketamine infusion treatments at Alaska's premier ketamine clinic. The provider will work collaboratively with our team of MDs, CRNAs, Psychiatric mental health NPs and PAs.

Duties:

• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' appropriateness for ketamine infusion treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized ketamine treatment plans (in collaboration with experienced providers) based on patient needs/assessments.
• Administer ketamine infusions and clinical responsibilities during scheduled clinic hours
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Have ACLS/BLS certification
• Place IVs and administer infusions via pump
• Perform vitals monitoring

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospital setting, including infusion or ICU environments is advantageous
• Familiarity/comfort with infusion procedures and obtaining IV access
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
