In office position. 

We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-focused Physician Liaison to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a background in healthcare, and business management and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Knowledge of medical terminologies, healthcare systems and business management is a must.

Key responsibilities:

*Work directly with physician owners/partners-act as a bridge between partners and administrator, build/maintain relationships with physicians, and staff.

*Manage partner meeting to include reviewing financial data with owners/partners and understand profitability. Assist and guide owners/partners on business decisions.

*Manage partner relationships- facilitate communication and understanding between owners/partners and administrator, maintain open and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Physician Liaison or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of medical terminologies, healthcare systems and business management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
